We would like to remind you of an important guideline regarding the use of our shampoos and conditioners in grooming salons.

It is essential not to dilute the shampoo or any other grooming product with water. Adding water alters and destabilizes the product’s formulation as well as its preservation system. This may affect the product’s quality and promote microbiological contamination.

An altered or contaminated product may present risks for both animals and groomers, including :

• skin issues (irritation, redness, rash),
• eye problems (red eyes, irritation).

As a precautionary measure, and to ensure the safety and well-being of animals as well as the quality of your services, we ask that you do not dilute any of our grooming products.
